General examination.?A well nourished boy ?f medium build, and cheerful disposition. Anaemia, joundice, cyanosis, nil. Conjuctiva, lacrymals, iris, parotid glands, normal and Wealthy. Lymphnodes were palpable?all over the body. Those over the neck were enlarged ?n either side, being more marked on the left Upper anterior cervical region. He had no temperature at any time and never experienced any malaise during the whole period. Liver, enlarged up to 2 figures, firm, not tender. Spleen, 4 fingers enlarged, firm. P/R, 80/20. T-98?F. B.P., 90/75.
